The Product Support team is always happy to help answer questions and resolve any issues you experience with the StoryLine platform. Located in Seattle, Product Support is available Monday - Friday from 5:00 am- 6:00 pm PT / 8:00 am - 9:00 pm ET.
Support Requests
1. For issues with StoryLine, news websites, or mobile apps, please visit the Support Portal and submit a request.
2. You may also submit a support request by sending an email to SinclairStoryline-Support.

Emergency Requests
For website or publishing emergencies after-hours, please submit an Emergency request via the Support Portal, or call the On-Call Emergency Hotline @ (866) 697-5661. The Sinclair Digital Product Support employee On Call will escalate your emergency to the appropriate technical resource.
