Article 2: Targeting to a section or subsection
This article will cover the how to target your story to a website section or subsection.

Step 1: Within the Authoring screen, select the Target field in the right panel.
A dropdown displays with all available properties the user can target
Step 2: A user may also search within the field on several fields.
NOTE: The searchable criteria are the station's call letters, City, State, or DMA.
Step 3: Once a property is selected a list of sections displays in alphabetical order.
NOTE: Depending on your role and permission level, you might see one or multiple properties.
Step 4: The sections with the down arrow chevron symbol indicate there are subsections within them.
Step 5: Once the desired target is selected, the dropdown collapses, and the selected choice is viewable in the field.
NOTE: "Preview" and "Publish" options become available only after the story has been targeted.
Step 6: Editing a target is as simple as selecting the 'X' in the field and choosing a different target
