Article 6: How to stop a Live Event on Facebook
Step 1: Select livestreams from the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Select the property you are streaming from.
Step 3a: Stop Facebook Stream by toggling the button OFF.
Step 3b: Stop a Facebook Stream initiated by another user by selecting Force quit Facebook Stream button.
