Article 5: Syndicating a National story to the Lead Stories of your station
Step 1: Find and open a National Story within StoryLine using the 'All Properties' filter on the stories page
Step 2: Click on the Syndication link within the right panel
NOTE: Since I am a KUTV producer, I do not have permission to edit this WJLA entertainment story. However, I can modify it's syndication data
Step 3: Within the Syndication Menu, select the Lead Story Placement toggle to ON and click Save & Close
NOTE: Since this user only has permission to KUTV, this is the only property they can syndicate
Step 4: Click Apply Syndication button
NOTE: "Apply Syndication" button will only make changes to the syndication menu and will not affect the primary package if there are edits. For users without access to the primary target this will be the only option available
