Scenario #1: If a News/Local story has been promoted to Top Stories this is where it will initially be placed.

NOTE: The default placement is 1 for both the section page and the Top Stories placement.

NOTE: The story will not be duplicated on the home page in both the Top Stories and Local component by design.

Scenario #1: If a newer story is published to News/Entertainment and Top Stories, here is where the original story has transitioned.

NOTE: The story's placement has transitioned down by one position on the Home page, while retaining it's section placement.

Scenario #1: If three News/Local stories are published but not promoted to Lead Stories, here is where the original story has transitioned.

NOTE: Since the three stories were not promoted to Top Story component it did not affect the Home page.

NOTE: The original story transitioned from the Pri 1 teaser list down to the Pri 2 teaser list on the Section Page.
