Article 1: Create a Push Notification to promote breaking news content, stories, or live events.
Step 1: Select New Notification.
Option A: Select New Notification from the home landing page.
Option B: Select +new notification from stories.

Step 2: Enter a Title* (max 40 characters).
NOTE: *Title is a required field.
Step 3: Enter a Description* (max 140 characters).
NOTE: *Description is a required field.
Step 4: Select a Target Property.
Step 5: Search and select a Story link within Targeted Property.
Step 6: Click 'send' to publish.
Push Notification will appear under stories and will show as Live.
Note: Push Notifications are categorized under alerts and can be filtered by alerts.
Push Notification sent will appear for news mobile app users.
Note: iOS users must opt-in in order to receive push notifications whereas Android users will automatically receive push notifications unless they opt-out. Push notifications will only be delivered to news mobile apps that have been made available for download.
