Please note that as stations launch Chime In it is a net new product, meaning there will be no existing content ported over from our previous UGC tool, Burst.

To get started in manually bringing over any of your Burst data, please see instruction below:

1. Create the Conversation in Chime In.  Give it the same Title and Call To Action used in the Burst Platform.
2. Go to the Burst Platform and download each individual post (as the original file).  Keep track of the user, email, and location of the original media submitter.
3. Once the Chime In conversation is created, upload the media you want to bring over using the viewer submission upload option to upload to Chime In.  Don’t forget you must credit the original submitter.
