Article 7: How to 'DEACTIVATE' or 'REMOVE' a Conversation

Step 1: Click desired conversation to manage.

Step 2: Click either ‘INACTIVE’ or 'REMOVE'

NOTE: Action will take effect immediately.

Reminder: 'INACTIVE' conversations are visible but are no longer accepting submission.  'REMOVED' conversation are no longer visible and no longer accept submissions.

NOTE: To re-enable conversations, return to desired conversation and click ‘PUBLISH’ in upper right-hand corner.
