Article 6: Syndicating an Alert
Step 1: Within an alert, select the Syndication soft link.
NOTE: The alert has to be saved before the Syndication menu is accessible.
Step 2: Clicking the All News button will add all news properties to syndicate
NOTE: Only additional properties will display if the user has permission.
NOTE: Searching, Syndication controls, Adding and removing properties all behave the same between alerts and story packages.
Step 3: Clicking apply & close will save the syndicated property selection, while the publish button will commit the syndication.
