Article 4: Setting Promote to Lead Stories
Step 1: By default, the 'Promote to Lead' Stories slider is toggled off.
Step 2: Turning this Toggle "ON" will not affect the position on the section page, but rather promote this story to the top of the website on the HOME page
Step 3: View Rattlesnake story at the top of the "Top Stories" component on the WOAI HOME page
Step 4: Turning this "Promote to Lead Stories" Toggle "OFF" will remove the story from the HOME page but maintain it's Teaser Placement position on the SECTION page
