Article 2: How to Create a New Conversation

Step 1: Click ‘+CONVERSATION’ in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 2: Enter a TITLE for your new conversation.

NOTE: Title has a 30 character count limit including spaces.

Step 3: Enter your ‘CALL TO ACTION’ - Ex. How did you celebrate Easter?...

NOTE: Call to Action has a 130 character count limit including spaces.

Step 4: Set the desired 'START DATE' and 'END DATE' for your conversation to go live and expire.

NOTE: Conversations default to NEVER EXPIRE.

5: Select desired ‘TARGET’ from the list of available stations.

NOTE: Your list of target stations will reflect the properties to which you have permissions in StoryLine.

Step 6: Click the 'UPLOAD A PHOTO OR VIDEO' icon in the 'PROMPT' box to upload a HERO image or video.

Step 6: Click ‘PUBLISH’ in upper right-hand corner.

NOTE: Do not hit ‘CANCEL' except to restart the creation of a new conversation. (There is no save functionality).

NOTE: To see newly published conversations, return to your station's Chime In page and refresh.
