NOTE: The default search criteria is "target", "contains", "<blank>"

NOTE: Search results will only return properties that the user has access to publish to.

Search results are displayed in the white area in the middle of the screen while the grey area towards the lower part of the screen indicates primary target and previously syndicated properties.

NOTE:

Target = the section or subsection  (ex. sports or local)

Property = Station (KUTV or Fox11online)

Location = DMA

Affiliate = ex. FOX, ABC

Source = Type of website (ex. news or entertainment)

NOTE: The second column allows you to choose the following: contains, is,  or does not contain clauses. Once selected, you can enter search terms of your choosing in the third column and hit enter. This delivers your available results to which you can syndicate your content.

Ex. Property / is / KGAN. These search terms will give you KGAN's full listing of sections available to you.

You can then narrow your search by starting again with Target / contains / local to narrow your search to render only KGAN Local.

NOTE: All searches made will only return sections from News sites.

NOTE: To syndicate to additional sites, simply change the filter to "All Sites" and search for the desired section. (example: To syndicate to Offbeat for both News and Entertainment sites, select the "All Sites" filter and then search for section contains "Offbeat").

Step 5: To syndicate to all the entertainment sites, search for source contains entertainment. Then you can further refine to include the desired sections

NOTE: In this example, there are several combined searches

1. Search 1 = Sources contain entertainment

2. Search 2 = Target contains entertainment

3. Lock all targets using the lock all button

4. Search 3 = Target contains offbeat

Step 6: Lock all button will select all properties in the search results to persist when running another search

NOTE: You have the option to lock sigular selections as well. Do so by clicking the lock on the individual property tiles.

Step 7: The Clear Unlocked button will clear search results, except locked items

NOTE: Locked items does not mean they will be syndicated. All properties that display in the search results will eventually be syndicated after clicking the save & close button.

NOTE: Use the clear unlocked button to combine multiple searches. (ex. Target contains elections, then lock items you wish to syndicate, select the clear unlocked button, then search again for target contains nation & world).

These two searches will results in Nation & World and Election sections.
