Article 3: Conversation Moderation Tools
Search Icon - This option allows a search by terms.
PENDING POSTS - This option shows all conversations in which there are submissions requiring action.
ALL - This option shows all ACTIVE, INACTIVE, and REMOVED conversations.
ACTIVE - Shows all ACTIVE conversations which are visible to your viewers and are taking submissions.
INACTIVE - Shows all INACTIVE conversation which are visible to viewers but are no longer taking submissions.
REMOVED - Shows all REMOVED conversations which are no longer visible to your viewers and can no longer receive submissions.
NOTE: The REMOVED state is visible to the conversation moderator so that you have the option to reactivate REMOVED conversations in the future.
NEWEST - This tool allows sorting of submissions NEWEST to oldest, OLDEST to newest, and by MOST POPULAR and MOST POSTS.
TIPS for sorting conversations:
- Newly created conversation ALWAYS move to the TOP of the conversation wall.
- Any time you change conversation details (i.e. Title, Call to Action, Prompt, Showcase, etc.) the conversation will move to the TOP of the conversation wall.
- Updating conversation details (Ex: Change the conversation title from "Back to School 2017" to "Back to School 2018") is a great way to reactivate an old conversation (i.e. Back to School or Halloween) and bring it back to the TOP of the conversation wall.
