‘What’s New’ is an aggregate of story content containing VOD assets.

If your station is not currently broadcasting a live HS Sports event, the video content listed under ‘What’s New’ will cycle through the play out window on the left.

Please note that any content targeted to Highlights or Game Replays AND that contains video content can appear in the list for play out. This list holds ten teasers and once the full, newly published content will push the older content to the respective targets.

This list of 'What's New' content is listed chronologically as published.  

To manually populate the 'What's New'  section you will need to manually edit the teaser list.  You can do this by dragging and dropping stories (video only) into the 'What's New' section and ordering them as desired. Please see Chapter 9 Article 5  (Manipulating Teaser Lists) for instructions on how to manually edit your teasers. 

NOTE: For stations recently converted to this new presentation, DO NOT target to the main HSS section.  Target content only to the sub-sections of your HSS page - Highlights, Game Replays, or Scholar Athletes. Story content containing video assets will first cycle through the "What's New" list and will be pushed down to the targeted section chronologically as new content is published. Story content without videos will go directly to the target section and will also post chronologically.

"What's New" holds 10 story teasers and must be full before newly published content pushes down to their main target sections.
