We’re excited to announce the launch of Notes-to-Story Drafts and Enhanced Story, a new enhancement to Storyline that expands our AI conversion tools to better support producers in digital publishing workflows.

What’s New

We’ve introduced two new AI-powered workflows inside Storyline:

• Convert Notes to Story Drafts – Transform rough producer notes or field observations into a structured digital story draft with just one click. This helps reduce time spent starting from scratch and accelerates the path from notes to publishable content.
• Enhanced Story – Apply AI-powered suggestions to an existing draft to improve clarity, grammar, tone, and structure. These edits are non-destructive, giving producers full control over what changes are accepted.

Caveats

• Headlines are not changed when using the Enhanced Story or Convert Notes to Story options.
• Any formatting or embedded elements in the copy text will be removed once an option is selected.
• Prompts and AI behavior may evolve as we tune based on feedback.
• Output should always be reviewed and edited by producers before publishing to ensure journalistic accuracy and standards.
