Town Hall Execution
Day of Event Checklist
- Verify proper EVENT feed routing on the station's DVEO Encoder
- Station Digital EP and/or Engineer can assist
- Verify desired content plays out on STATION_EVENT feed
- For any additional assistance, please call StoryLine Digital Support 866-697-5661
- Turn on STATION_EVENT feed in StoryLine 3-5 minutes before event start time
- Live Event monitoring for the duration of the event
- Turn off STATION_EVENT feed in StoryLine at event conclusion
EVENT Feed Routing and Verification
Each station's EVENT feed is generally set up as SDI 2 on the DVEO Gearbox
Verify with bars and tone on EVENT
- Once bars and tone are routed, go to StoryLine Livestreams
- Click into source station's Livestream > Select Event Stream
- Toggle ON event - AAAA_EVENT
- Allow processing time and verify Bars and Tone play out
- Once verified, toggle off station's EVENT feed
Event Start
- 3-5 minutes before event start, go to StoryLine Livestreams
- Click into source station's Livestream > Select Event Stream
- Toggle ON event - AAAA_EVENT
- Verify TH Event feed is playing out as expected
- Toggle OFF event - AAAA_EVENT at the conclusion of Town Hall

Event Conclusion
- Locate station Broadcast capture for event
- StoryLine > Media > Broadcast
- Clip EVENT and add unique clip name
- Return to Town Hall Story Package
- Add Media Clip
- Embed inline on story package
- Re-Publish story package
