Article 9: Manage Groups on a Show Package
This article shows you how to do the following:
- Add, delete or update a group to a season or show package
- Add, delete, or move episodes to/from a group
By default, groups are not active or required. There will be text that states "Group name (optional)".
A top-down drill down from shows to episodes looks like the following:
show --> season(s) --> group(s) --> episode(s)
Alternatively, the drill down can look like:
show --> group(s) --> episode(s)

Step 1: To add a group of videos to a show, click and add a "Group name", and click either "upload videos" or "browse videos".
This example uses the "browse videos" button.
When you press the "browse videos" button, it takes you to the Media Library, where you can select episodes to add to a group and click "add selected". You are then returned to the show.

Step 3: To add another Group to the lineup, click "add group", and go through the same process as in Step 1 above.
Step 4: Now you have a second group and you can review the episodes to see if this is the lineup you want for the show.
Step 6: You are then asked to verify the delete, click the "delete group" button.
Deleting a group will delete all videos from the show.
Step 8: Instead of deleting the whole group, there is a way to delete selected episodes. Click the right most "check box", and then press the "delete selected" button.
Step 13: If you want to add your groups to a season, click on the "Seasons are" toggle.
