Article 1: Using the Program Guide Schedule
This article gets you familiar with the Program Guide screen by showing you how to perform or launch the following features:
- View a specific date on the schedule
- Move the view of the timeline backward and forward 6 hours
- Add to Schedule (video, live stream, or episode)
- Duplicate (Copy/Paste) content in the guide to add new scheduled content
- Edit scheduled content
- Move content from one time to another on the schedule
- Create a new channel (create a new feed)
- Hide/Show channel (hide/show the stream)
- Update channel settings
- Change the position of the channel on the guide - move up and down
Once the guide is the way you like it, click the "publish" button so the audience can view it.
Some helpful information:
- Three days of the program will be shown on the apps.
- The program guide times default to the property time zone.
- Active timeslots with no program scheduled will display a default video.
- Active timeslots with hidden programs will display a default video.
- The minimum timeslot is 5 minutes. If a program is less than 5 minutes, then a black screen will show for the remaining time.
Step 3: You see today's date with past time indicated by the shaded area.
The shaded area down the left border of the PROGRAM GUIDE indicates that time is in the past.
Step 4: To move the view of the timeline forward or backward 6 hours, click the "right arrow" or the "left arrow".
Step 5: Hover the pointer over the desired time-slot using the green line to guide you. Click the green line to complete your selection.
Step 6: Click the "+" icon to open the "Add to Schedule" screen.
When you click "+" you are sent to the "Add to schedule" screen.

Step 7: To duplicate a program on the schedule, click it to select.
You know the program is selected because it has a green borderline. Once the event is selected, the copy icon appears.
Multiple program selection:
- Select multiple programs by clicking on multiple programs on the grid (All should have a green borderline.)
- When pasting these programs they will be pasted contiguously
Step 9: Hover the pointer over the desired time-slot for pasting using the green line to guide you. Click the green line to select the time and reveal the "paste icon".
Step 11: The program is now duplicated on another channel.
The program(s) that have been copied to the clipboard can be pasted to the same or another channel. If multiple programs from different channels were copied to the clipboard, these will be grouped in a contiguous order to whatever channel is selected for pasting.
Step 12: Hover the pointer over the program and click the "edit" icon to edit the scheduled program.
When you click the "edit" icon on any of the scheduled programs, you can edit all of the information contained in that program. For details on editing, please see Article 3: Edit or Delete Scheduled Content.
Step 13: Upon returning from the edit screen, the edited program now shows on the schedule.
The edit screen is the same screen as the "Add to Schedule" screen. To leave this screen, you must cancel, delete, or save. This step assumes that the "Save" button was clicked to return to the guide.
Step 14: To move a program, click and drag a program's "grabber bars" to another spot on the schedule.
Step 15: Now, the program is moved to a new time spot on a different channel.
If a program is moved on top of another program, a warning will appear that the covered program will be shortened. If the move is accepted, the end of the program is cut off.
If a program is moved on top of another program and it completely covers it, a warning will appear that the covered program will be deleted.
Step 16: To create a new channel, click the "+" on the top left of the timing bar and you go to the Add a Channel screen.

Step 20: Click "..." and choose "Settings" to update a program channel's settings.
When you click "Settings" you enter the Program Channel Settings screen where you can update Title, Description, and other items.
