Article 2: Sort, Filter, and Calendar Search Features

This Article focuses on filtering by "episodes" and provides tips for using the search features. Features needed to find "shows" are in  Article 1: Search or Find a Show

This article shows you how to:

1) Use the "SORT" feature to sort your results by "last saved" or "duration".  

1) Use the "FILTER" feature to isolate your search by "type" and "duration".

2) Use the search box in the upper right corner to filter by Episode Title or by using a date saved range.

Step 1: To begin a search for episodes, click the "packages" link in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: The default for "SORT" is "last saved v".

The most recently saved package is displayed in the top left spot.

Step 3: To change "SORT" to saved first, click "last saved v" and it changes to "last saved ^".

The earliest saved package is displayed on the last page of packages.

Step 4: The default in search "FILTER" is "all types" and you see both shows and episodes.

Step 5: Click "episode" and you see all of the episodes.

Step 6: Entering "episodes" and "< 5 Min" yields episodes with a time less than 5 minutes.

Step 7: Entering "episodes" and "5 to 60 min" yields episodes with a time between 5 to 60 minutes.

Step 8: Entering "episodes" and " > 60 min" yields episodes with a time greater than 60 minutes.

Step 9: To narrow your search, enter some of the episode's title in the search bar and press enter.

Step 10: Entering "hike" in the search bar yields the episode for "Hike in the clouds".

Step 11: To filter on a date saved, click "calendar" and a "date".

Step 12: To filter on a range of dates, click "calendar" and multiple "dates".
