Article 1: Search or Find a Show
This Article focuses on filtering by "shows" and then provides tips for utilizing the search features to more easily find shows. All of the features, even the ones not needed for finding a show, are covered in more detail in Article 2: Sort, Filter, and Calendar Search Features.
For Shows, the helpful items are:
1) The "SORT" feature's "Last Saved" option to find your most recently saved shows.
2) The "FILTER" feature which provides the ability to isolate your search to only display shows.
3) The search box in the upper right corner which provides a way to filter by Show Title or by using a last saved date range.
PLEASE NOTE: The duration sort and filter do not apply to shows.
Step 1: Go to the PACKAGES page by clicking on "packages" in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Select the "last saved" link to Sort by saved date
Notice that the last saved package with a down arrow is in the upper left corner of the page. If you click on "last saved" the arrow will point up and the screen will display the earliest saved package.
Step 3: Select "shows" and you see all of the shows in PACKAGES.
Step 4: Search on a keyword in your show title and search will bring up those containing the keyword.
Step 5: To search on a range of dates when a show was created, click the calendar.
Step 6: Choose a range of dates by entering the "From" and "Thru" dates or clicking the dates on the calendar.
Note: When you choose or click on the date ranges, only the shows created during those dates are displayed.
